Shipping Policy

Nix Wildlife Art LLC sells original wildlife artwork and may offer prints by inquiry. Because many items are one-of-a-kind or produced after inquiry, shipping details are confirmed before payment is requested.

Order confirmation

Before an order is finalized, we will confirm the artwork title or inventory ID, availability, item price, shipping address, shipping method, estimated shipping cost, applicable taxes, and final total before payment.

Processing time

Original artwork and available items are typically prepared for shipment after payment clears. Processing time may vary depending on the artwork, protective packaging needs, print production, framing or matting status, and carrier availability. We will provide an estimated shipping timeframe before finalizing the order.

Shipping area and costs

We currently ship within the United States unless other arrangements are approved in writing before payment. Shipping, packaging, insurance, and handling costs are not included unless stated in the written invoice or payment request.

Local pickup or delivery

Local pickup or local delivery may be available by prior arrangement in the Cottondale / Tuscaloosa, Alabama area.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your package promptly when it arrives. If an item appears damaged in transit, contact [email protected] within 3 calendar days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. Please keep the original packaging until the carrier claim or resolution is complete.
