Personal purchases

A customer who purchases an original artwork or print receives the physical item described in the invoice or written sale terms. The purchase does not include copyright, reproduction rights, commercial use rights, or permission to create copies, merchandise, prints, digital products, NFTs, or derivative works.

Licensing inquiries

Licensing, publication, editorial, conservation, nonprofit, educational, merchandise, or other reproduction requests must be approved in writing before use. Contact [email protected] with the artwork title or inventory ID, intended use, distribution, format, territory, duration, and budget if applicable.

Prohibited uses without permission

Without written permission, artwork and website images may not be downloaded for commercial use; reproduced as prints or products; used in advertising or promotional materials; added to image datasets, AI training datasets, or generative AI workflows; altered, traced, copied, or used to create derivative works; or posted in a way that suggests ownership, authorship, endorsement, or license.
